All products have a 30 day warranty from invoice date.
Return of defective product is allowed within the 30 day warranty period.
Please contact your salesperson to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization number).
Once an RMA has been issued, the warranty will be shipped the same method as originally
shipped at Capital Data, Inc.’s expense. Returns are allowed for 30 days.
After 30 days, the goods will be billed to the customer. The customer is responsible
for the shipping expense associated with any items on an RMA.
Misuse or abuse of a product is not eligible for warranty replacement at Capital Data, Inc.’s expense.
PRODUCT(S) RETURNED WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR OTHER THAN
DEFECTIVE ARE SUBJECT TO A 35% RESTOCK FEE OR $20 MINIMUM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
All Software sales including recovery disc sets are not returnable.
Freight and expedite fees are non-refundable.
